REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Last Updated: September 2026
The CEO Page provides customized digital services. Because projects may involve dedicated time, planning, design, development, content creation, and other resources, our refund terms depend on the stage and nature of the project.
1. BEFORE WORK BEGINS
If a project is cancelled before substantial work has started, any eligible refund will be handled according to the agreed quotation, package, or service agreement.
2. AFTER WORK HAS STARTED
Once design, development, branding, content creation, or other project work has commenced, payments may be non-refundable to the extent they cover work already completed or costs already incurred.
3. CLIENT-REQUESTED CANCELLATION
If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has started, The CEO Page may deduct the value of completed work and non-refundable third-party expenses from any amount eligible for refund.
4. REVISION REQUESTS
Reasonable revisions included within the agreed service scope will be handled according to the relevant package or project agreement.
Requests outside the original scope may result in additional charges.
5. THIRD-PARTY COSTS
Payments made for domain names, hosting, premium software, advertising platforms, third-party subscriptions, or other external services may be non-refundable according to the policies of those providers.
